Melanie Lin

Melanie was an undergraduate research assistant in Spring 2026 as a senior at BU. She majored in Earth & Environmental Science with a concentration in Earth Observations. Melanie used flow cytometry data to tune the PACE MOANA algorithm for the Pacific Ocean. In her free time, Melanie likes to read, hike, and collect vintage shoes.

Maeve Kelly

Maeve was an undergraduate research assistant in Spring 2026 as a senior at BU. She majored in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Maeve worked on analyzing phytoplankton imagery data in RStudio. Outside of science, Maeve is on the women’s ice hockey team at BU!
