Melanie Lin

Melanie is a senior at BU majoring in Earth & Environmental Science with a concentration in Earth Observations. She is an undergraduate research assistant in Spring 2026 and is using flow cytometry data to tune the PACE MOANA algorithm for the Pacific Ocean. In her free time, Melanie likes to read, hike, and collect vintage shoes.

Maeve Kelly

Maeve is a senior at BU majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She is an undergraduate research assistant in Spring 2026, working on analyzing Imaging FlowCytobot data from the North Atlantic and North Pacific Oceans in RStudio. Outside of science, Maeve is on the women’s ice hockey team at BU!
